<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N 0 506 <br /> <br />ACCEPTING DEED FROM CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO <br />A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION. <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the council of the city of Redwood City that <br /> <br />the deed from the City and county of San Franoisoo, a Municipal <br /> <br />corporation to the city of Redwood City, dated July 23rd, 1947, <br /> <br />be accepted by and on behalf of said City, said deed being for the <br /> <br />following property: <br /> <br />"COMMENCING at the most northerly c,orner of Lot 26, <br />Reese subdivision, as said lot is shown and designated <br />on map entitled, "Map of the Reese subdivision of a Part <br />of the Redwood Farm," which was filed in the office of the <br />county Reoorder of San Mateo county, March 22, 1905, 1n <br />Book "Bit of original Maps, page 5, and copied into Book 3 <br />of Maps, page 56; thence southwesterly along the northwes- <br />terly line of said Lot 26 a distance of 150.01 feet to the <br />most westerly corner of that parcel of land conveyed by G. J. <br />savage and Eva savage, his wife, to the City and county of <br />san Francisoo, recorded March 5, 1923, in Book 65 of Official <br />Records, San Mateo county at page 382; thence easterly along <br />the southerly line of said last mentioned parcel, which line <br />1s also the southerly line of Hatch Hetchy right of way, a <br />distance of 64.79 feet to a point 50.0 feet distanoe, measured <br />at right angles, from the northwesterly line of said Lot 26; <br />thence northeasterly and parallel to the northwesterly 11ne <br />of said Lot 26, a distance of 108.81 feet to the northeasterly <br />line of said Lot 26; thence northwesterly along said north- <br />easterly line, a distanoe of 50.0 feet to the point of com- <br />mencement,.
