Income Affordabilitv and Occupancy Restriction <br /> <br />In accordance with the provisions of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), <br />the units built on this property shall be subject to CDBG requirements and shall be at all <br />times, be occupied by qualified low income households. <br /> <br />A Qualified low-income household shall: <br />· have a household income no greater than 500/0 of the area median income <br />established by HUD for San Mateo County, <br /> <br />. shall have resided within the incorporated limits of the City of Redwood City prior to <br />or after incarceration and at the time of application, and <br /> <br />. be an individual, previously incarcerated, who is homeless or at risk of <br />homelessness and is seeking to stabilize and prevent re-incarceration. <br /> <br />.
