SWC:bc 8/21/80 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 8674 ORIG'I NAL AUG 2 5 1980 RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR RESURFACING OF DESIGNATED STREETS; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR WHEREAS, special provisions have been prepared by the Department of Public Works for the resurfacing of Alameda de las Pulgas from Roosevelt to Fernside; 2nd Avenue, from Bay to Broadway; 3rd Avenue, from Bay to Page; 4th Avenue, from Bay to Page; 6th Avenue, from Bay to Page; Page Street, from 5th Avenue to 2nd Avenue; St. Mary's Place, from Florence to dead end; "E" Street, from Stafford to Industrial; Stambaugh Street, from Main to Spruce; Pine Street, from S. P. tracks to dead end; Buckeye Street, from Chew Street to dead end; Spruce Street, from S. P. tracks to Stambaugh; Cedar Street, from S. P. tracks to Stambaugh; Heller Street, from Main to Spruce; Beech Street, from S. P. tracks to Middlefield; Hyde Street from Edgewood to Finger; Avondale from Hyde to El Camino Real; Cordilleras Road from Edge- wood to Upland; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City desires to approve the said special provisions and authorize and direct the City Clerk to call for bids for the resurfacing of the above mentioned streets; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That those certain special provisions entitled "Special provisions for the Construction of Redwood City's Resurfacing Project - 1980-81, in the City of Redwood City, California" (including plans and standard specifications referenced therein) , a copy of which is presently on file in the office of the Department of Public Works, to which copy reference is hereby made for full R
