(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 22, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Aguirre to determine that due to the nature of the services, competitive <br />bidding is not likely to serve the best interests of the City or to result in the lowest price, <br />and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year agreement for <br />services with Golden State Emergency Vehicle Service, Inc. for emergency vehicle repair <br />services in an amount not to exceed $50,000, including City Manager authority to extend <br />the agreement for two additional two-year terms, for a total contract amount not to exceed <br />$250,000 (requires 5 affirmative votes). <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll c II vote. <br />(C"? <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
