(209) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 22, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />By roll call vote, Desiree Bartley (Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Reddy, Smith, Hale, <br />Howard), and Heather Liu (Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Smith) were appointed <br />for a partial term seat on the Library Board that will expire on June 30, 2022. <br />By roll call vote, Charlene "Tinka" Blackmond was unanimously appointed for a <br />partial term seat on the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission <br />that will expire on May 31, 2022. <br />M/S Reddy and Espinoza-Garnica to: <br />By motion, use the current BCC applicant pool to fill any additional vacancies on Library <br />Board and Parks, Recreation and Community Services Commission through January 31, <br />2022. <br />Motion passes 7- by r all vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
