(602) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 22, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S Smith and Espinoza-Garnica, to waive first reading and introduce an ordinance <br />implementing zoning amendments related to child care regulations for large family child <br />care homes, child care centers, and child care development standards, with the friendly <br />amendment to relax the parking standards to require 1 parking space plus 1 parking <br />space for every 15 employees, passes unanimously by roll call vote.. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by rol it vote. <br />Qmwlqt� <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
