<br />WHE~EAS, said Council did proceed, on the 16th day of <br />February, 1948, with said hearing ill1d after considering all <br />objections made and received does determine that due and legal <br /> <br />notice of said hearing was given as required by tIle ordinances <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, as appears from the affidavit off <br /> <br />L. M. DUNCAN on file in the office of the City Clerk, and did <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />take the testimony of said L. M. DUNCAN as to the condition of <br /> <br />said building; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood CitJT and said Council does hereby decla~e the building <br /> <br />or structure situated upon the real property hereinabove des- <br /> <br />cribed to be a public nuisance and does hereby direct the owners <br /> <br /> <br />thereof to abate said nuisance within thirty (30) days from the <br /> <br /> <br />adoption of this resolution, by having said building razed or re- <br /> <br />moved, and if said building is not 80 abated by said owners, <br />I <br /> <br />the Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City is hereby <br /> <br />ordered and directed to raze or remove said building and that <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />the expenses thereof be made a lien on the lot or parcel of land <br /> <br />from which said building or structure is removed and which is <br /> <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* * * <br />
