<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said property is suitable, <br /> <br />adaptable, necessary and required for the public use of said <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, to-wit, for the construction of a sewage <br /> <br />treatment and disposal plant for said city and a sewage effluent <br /> <br />line and other public purposes. It is necessary that a fee <br /> <br />simple title be taken to the lands described herein and desig- <br /> <br />nated as Parcel I.
