<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said property is suitable, <br /> <br />adaptable, necessary, and required for the public use of said <br />City of Redwood City, to-wit: for the construction of a drainage <br />ditch and other public purposes. That an easement in all of <br /> <br />the above described property is necessary.
