<br />AI'TACHMEIT, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />6.10 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.4 TO AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL PLANNING AND REDEVELOPMENT CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br />This Amendment No.4 is entered into and effective as of the _ day of <br />September, 2009, amending the Agreement dated July 8, 1999 (the "Agreement") by <br />and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />public body, corporate and politic, duly organized and existing under the laws of the <br />State of California (the "Agency"), and KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />("Contractor") (collectively the "Parties") for professional planning and redevelopment <br />consulting services. <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. On January 16, 2002, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 in the <br />amount of $100,000.00 to the Agreement; and <br /> <br />B. On October 13, 2004, the Parties executed Amendment NO.2 in the <br />amount of $100,000.00 to the Agreement; and <br /> <br />C. On April 12, 2007, the Parties executed Amendment No. 3 in the amount <br />of $60,000.00 to the Agreement, Contractor has performed the services under the <br />Agreement to the satisfaction of the Agency; and <br /> <br />D. The Agency continues to require Contractor's professional services; and <br /> <br />E. The Parties desire to amend the Agreement to increase the amount of the <br />Agreement by Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the combined total of <br />compensation and reimbursement costs by Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00). <br />With this Amendment, the total aggregate Agreement amount shall not exceed Four <br />Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($420,000.00). <br /> <br />2. Contractor will provide those services described in Exhibit "A" for a not-to- <br />exceed amount of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00). The Scope of Services and <br />Hourly Fee schedule are hereby amended as reflected in Exhibit "A" and liB" <br />respectively, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />3.
