EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide on-call repair and servicing for emergency vehicles at the following <br />labor rates: <br />■ Shop Rate (Hourly) - $150.00 <br />■ Body Shop Rate (Hourly) - $155.00 <br />■ Mobile Service Rate (Hourly) - $150.00* <br />■ After -Hours Call Out Fee - $300.00** <br />■ After -Hours Labor Rate (Hourly) $170.00** <br />Examples of repair and servicing tasks Consultant will perform include, but is not limited <br />to: <br />• Engine <br />• Cab and body structural <br />• Aerial swivel and structure <br />• Transmission <br />• Electrical systems <br />• Pump systems and testing <br />• Equipment mounting <br />• Emergency repair <br />* Mobile service: service requiring a mobile repair unit to be sent out to Redwood City <br />facilities <br />** After-hours: Monday to Friday 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and weekends <br />Note: One-hour minimum for after-hours and mobile. <br />REV: 02-08-2021 MI <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.017/Golden State Emergency Vehicle Services (Page 11 of 12) <br />
