The City reserves the right to add additional facilities as needs arise. Any additional cost <br />associated with adding facilities to the regular service schedule shall be negotiated <br />between the City and Consultant and shall require execution of an amendment to the <br />Agreement for Services by both parties. <br />Consultant has read, understands, and shall abide by the City's Integrated Pest <br />Management (IPM) Policy, shall ensure its IPM Program is in compliance with the <br />aforementioned policy, shall provide its IPM certifications to the City, and shall document <br />and report any pesticide application data to the City. <br />No pesticides shall be applied at City facilities without prior approval from the City.
