<br />A G R E E MEN T
<br />
<br />for
<br />THE FURNISHING OF INSERTING MACHINE
<br />
<br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the
<br />
<br />State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and
<br />
<br />Bell & Ho\^'ell, Burlingame, California, hereinafter referred to as
<br />
<br />"Contractor," for the consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agree
<br />
<br />as follows:
<br />
<br />1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be
<br />
<br />performed and shall provide and furnish to City the following
<br />
<br />described equipment and shall complete delivery of said equipment
<br />
<br />F.O.B. Redwood City within 180 days from issuance of Notice to
<br />
<br />Proceed by the Director of Finance, in strict accordance with the
<br />
<br />contract documents made therefor and on file in the office of the
<br />
<br />City Clerk of Redwood City, which contract documents are incorporated
<br />
<br />herein and made a part of this agreement as if fully set forth
<br />
<br />herein:

<br />2. City shall pay to Contractor as full consideration for
<br />
<br />such equipment, upon acceptance thereof by City, the total amount
<br />
<br />of Fourteen Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-one and 34/100 Dollars
<br />
<br />($14,291.34) in accordance with Contractor's proposal, which
<br />
<br />proposal is hereby referred to and incorporated herein, said
<br />
<br />payment to be made within thirty (30) days after final acceptance
<br />
<br />of the above described equipment by City.
<br />
<br />IN \vITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
<br />
<br />agreement this
