(606) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 12, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre and Espinoza-Garnica to authorize the City Manager to execute the following <br />two easement agreements, subject to minor conforming changes approved by the City <br />Attorney: <br />1. Restated and Amended Drainage Easement Agreement for the Bayfront Canal; and <br />2. Permanent Drainage Easement Agreement for the Bayfront Canal and Atherton <br />Channel Flood Resilience and Habitat Restoration Project. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 by roll call vote, with Council Member Smith absent. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
