23. NON-DISCRIMINATION AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. Subrecipient warrants <br />and agrees it will not discriminate against any persons seeking services or employment <br />under this agreement because of their age (except upon the basis of bona fide <br />occupational qualification, retirement plan or statutory requirement), disability, familial <br />status, race, color, religion, sex or national origin in the provision of services or extension <br />of employment opportunities under the Agreement. Subrecipient further warrants and <br />agrees that it will comply with all relevant local, state and federal non-discrimination <br />ordinances, statutes, regulations, and executive orders pertaining to non-discrimination <br />and equal opportunity, including but not limited to, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 <br />as amended, Title VIII of the Civil Rights act of 1968 as amended, Section 104(b) and <br />Section 109 of Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as <br />amended, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, The Americans with Disabilities <br />Act of 1990, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Executive Order 11063, as amended by <br />Executive Order 12259, and Executive Order 11246 as amended by Executive Orders <br />11375, 11478, 12086, 12106, 13087, 13152, and 13672, 24 CFR Section 570.607, as <br />revised by Executive Order 13279. Subrecipient will include a statement that it is an equal <br />opportunity employer in all solicitations or advertisements for subcontractors or <br />employees. <br />24. CONFLICT OF INTEREST. Subrecipient will abide by the provisions of 24 CFR <br />Section 570.611, which include (but are not limited to) the following: <br />A. Subrecipient shall maintain a written code or standards of conduct that shall govern <br />the performance of its officers, employees or agents engaged in the award and <br />administration of contracts supported by Federal funds. <br />B. No employee, officer or agent of Subrecipient shall participate in the selection, or <br />in the award, or administration of, a contract supported by Federal funds if a conflict <br />of interest, real or apparent, would be involved. <br />C.
