EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will: <br />Design the Redwood City Together brand identity development (logo, colors, font) + its <br />corresponding guidelines <br />Work closely with Redwood City Together decision -makers to understand the project's <br />strategic objectives and content goal, including: <br />o Providing an outline for brand guidelines layout <br />o Providing final logos in vector, png, svg, & jpeg formats <br />Determine the look and feel for the logo and it corresponding guidelines with Redwood <br />City Together's input, including: <br />o Development of visual comps <br />o Provide 3 proofing rounds <br />o Upon completion, provide Redwood City Together all source files <br />Consultant will invoice Redwood City Together for services provided upon completion of the <br />scheduled activities.
