Large Family Child Care Home. A facility that provides care, protection, and <br />supervision for 7 to 14 children, inclusive, including children under 10 years of age <br />who reside at the home, as set forth in Health and Safety Code Section 1597.465 <br />and as defined in implementing State regulations. <br />C. Child Care Center. A facility that provides non-medical care to children under <br />eighteen (18) years of age on less than a twenty-four (24) -hour basis.
