6.E. - Page 23 of 31 <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />CITY CODE AMENDMENTS <br />[City Code Chapter 30, Sections 3.134 and 3.135 are amended as follows] <br />Chapter 30 — Subdivisions <br />Sec 30.134— Condominium Permit: <br />New construction or conversion of any structure to a project requires a condominium <br />permit and compliance with the requirements of the underlying zoning district. <br />1 r \ <br />Sec 30.135— Application for Condominium Permit: <br />An application for a condominium permit shall be filed with the Planning DepartmeR+ <br />Division by the developer. The Planning Director, or 14s designee, shall submit each <br />application for a condominium permit to the City Attorney, Building Official, Director of <br />Public Works, Fire Chief and Police Chief, together with that portion of the information <br />submitted by an applicant within the purview of the aforementioned officers. Applications <br />for a condominium permit shall include the following information: <br />[Subsections (A) — (B) are unchanged] <br />C9-.
