The short-term rental of accessory dwelling <br />units is not permitted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, existing short-term rentals in <br />accessory dwelling units that were registered with the City_ prior to January_ 1. 2020 may_ be <br />used as short-term rentals. <br />37.6 - Application Review Process Homeowner OGrc .^,nc-y <br />A. Application A complete building permit application for the <br />accessory dwelling unit shall be submitted along with a checklist that demonstrates <br />compliance with accessory dwelling unit requirements.
