6.D. - Page 18 of 21 <br />Based on the 65% Design comments from City staff, Consultant shall prepare the 95% <br />design documents for the City's review and comment. The plans will be based on the <br />latest City's Engineering Standards, MUTCD, and Caltrans Standards. Consultant shall <br />revise the project's specifications and opinion of probable cost for the 95% deliverable. <br />4.2. Quality Assurance and Quality Control <br />Consultant shall conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) at this phase of <br />the project. <br />Task 4 Deliverables: <br />• One electronic copy of the final version of the 95% Design Plans (PDF format) <br />• Two (2) hard copy sets of 95% PS&E Design Plans <br />• 95% Construction Cost Estimate <br />• 95% Specifications based on City's updated manual <br />• Summary Report for Design Process <br />Task 5 — Develop Final Plans, Specifications and Estimates (Final <br />PS&E) <br />After City review of the 95% PS&E package, Consultant shall provide written responses <br />to the City's single set of consolidated, non -conflicting comments. Consultant shall attend <br />one meeting with the City to review comments and resolve any outstanding issues as <br />needed. <br />Based on the 95% design comments from City staff, Consultant shall advance to the Final <br />design documents for City review.
