Consultant shall also assist the City in community meetings, documenting and evaluating any community feedback after the project installation. Task 8 Deliverable: • PowerPoint presentation for potential community meetings for up to two (2) meetings Task 9 — Post -Construction Evaluation (Consultant needs City authorization to proceed with this task) Consultant shall complete the post -construction evaluation utilizing before and after data collected in Task 2.2. Consultant shall summarize the results in a draft evaluation technical memorandum. The draft memorandum will include table, charts, and figures comparing the data before and after the project implementation. The draft memorandum shall be submitted to the City for review. Based on one set of non -conflicting comments from the City, Consultant shall revise the draft memorandum and submit a final technical memorandum. Task 9 Deliverables: • Draft Pilot Evaluation technical memorandum • Final Pilot Evaluation technical memorandum Section 2: Fees Consultant shall provide all services on a time and materials not to exceed fee basis. Consultant shall charge the standard hourly rates for services listed in the rate schedule below. The Fee Schedule below is a not -to -exceed estimate per task.
