6.H. - Page 3 of 17 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The amount is available in the Fiscal Year 2020-21 operating budget and will be available in the <br />recommended Fiscal Year 2021-22 operating budget. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The actions proposed in this report are considered Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (Class <br />1) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. Class 1, "Existing Facilities", allows for <br />maintenance and repair of existing facilities involving negligible or no expansion of use of the existing <br />facilities.
