At pre - <br />designated intervals, vehicles and equipment undergo a thorough evaluation, including but not limited to <br />age, mileage, condition, maintenance history, downtime, anticipated future repairs, usage, and vehicle <br />capabilities. This program also assists user departments in evaluating their fleet asset deployment <br />strategies to maximize operational efficiency. <br />The Right of Way Division (Division) of the Public Works Services Department performs routine <br />maintenance on City -owned trees annually. Maintenance activities primarily consist of pruning, removing, <br />and replacing trees on City -owned property or the public right-of-way. Some trees requiring regular <br />pruning can reach heights that are inaccessible without the use of motorized lifts.
