CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Howard called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL — Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee and Reddy, Vice Mayor <br />Hale and Mayor Howard were present. Council Member Smith was absent. <br />Staff: City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz, City Attorney Veronica Ramirez and City <br />Clerk Pamela Aguilar. <br />3. STUDY SESSION - Capital Improvement Program (CIP) <br />3.A. Fiscal Year 2021-22 and Five -Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) study <br />session <br />City Manager Melissa Stevenson Diaz introduced the item, and Assistant City <br />Manager and Administrative Services Director Michelle Poche Flaherty, <br />Community Development and Transportation Director Mark Muenzer, Public <br />Works Services Director Terence Kyaw and Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services Director Chris Beth gave a presentation. <br />Recommendation: <br />Receive information on the proposed Fiscal Year 2021-22 CIP and the Five -Year <br />CIP, which covers Fiscal Years 2021-22 to 2025-26, and provide feedback. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />A study session was held.
