Swearing-in of newly appointed BCC members for Library Board and Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services Commission <br />City Clerk Pamela Aguilar administered the Oath of Office to newly appointed <br />Library Board Members Desiree Bartley and Heather Liu, and Parks, Recreation <br />and Community Services Commissioner Charlene "Tinka" Blackmond. <br />4.B.
