Evaluation of past performance <br />In the 2018-2022 Consolidated Plan, the City established five priority areas and fifteen different <br />goals. The Consolidated Plan focused on improving affordable housing, homelessness, human services, <br />public facilities and economic developments. Accomplishments from the first two years of the 2018- <br />2022 Consolidated Plan include: <br />• Affordable rental housing acquired and rehabilitated— 35 units <br />• Housing units rehabilitated— 98 units renovated <br />• Support economic development initiatives — 49 businesses assisted <br />• Provide overnight shelter — 754 persons assisted <br />• Support public services for those in need —1,246 people served <br />• Improve infrastructure and accessibility to public facilities in low-income neighborhoods — 2 <br />facilities improved <br />It should be noted that these accomplishments were from programs and projects funded July 1, 2018 <br />through June 30, 2020.
