Summary of citizen participation process/Efforts made to broaden citizen participation <br />Summarize citizen participation process and how it impacted goal -setting <br />The City implemented the City Council adopted Community Participation Plan to develop this Action Plan. The process involved holding <br />several public meetings and hearings for community comment before the City Council approved the Action Plan.
