The primary goal of Safe House services is to help survivors with <br />crisis intervention, attain safety and self-sufficiency, and heal from <br />trauma and abuse. CORA uses a trauma -informed and survivor - <br />defined model of service, an approach that provides a proven <br />framework for assisting survivors in strengthening their personal <br />safety, and emotional and psychological well-being so they can rebuild <br />their lives. All clients work with a Case <br />Managers to create and execute concrete plans to secure jobs, find <br />child care, locate housing, and other components needed to create a <br />sustainable lifestyle and prevent future homelessness.
