7.A. - Page 55 of 101 <br />Annual Action Plan <br />2021 <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 06/30/2018) <br />45 <br />462 <br />Description <br />The FOCC Older Adult Activity Center kitchen remodel will utilize the <br />existing footprint of the kitchen while upgrading the electrical and <br />plumbing infrastructure to meet today's building code requirements. <br />It will receive all new cabinetry and storage solutions, countertops, <br />commercial -grade appliances, new flooring and fresh paint. <br />The exterior of FOCC is in need of a thorough paint job that has been <br />deferred for several years. Paint will consist of matching the existing <br />colors and facade with a fresh vibrant appearance. <br />Additionally, the Administrative area of the facility where staff <br />conducts the majority of their business and social work is non - <br />conducive to today's evolving workplace and needs to be modified to <br />incorporate additional safety measures to address risks of COVID-19 <br />and other potentially infectious diseases.
