COMMITTEE BRIEFING —Staff member Avendano provided a review of the Human <br />Services Financial Assistance (HSFA) applications and staff member Cohen provided <br />a review of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application for fiscal <br />year 2021-2022. <br />4.
