CONTINUING ITEMS— <br />A. Committee Work Plan — Staff member Lancaster gave a recap of the 2021- <br />2022 Work Plan and noted the addition of mobile home protections and <br />preservation to the Committee's Tenant Protection and Housing Preservation <br />priorities. Staff member Lancaster also noted that the City Council would be <br />reviewing the Committee's work plan in July 2021. The ad hoc subcommittee <br />assignments to carry out the work plan were sent to the Committee and will <br />be voted on at the March 23, 2021 meeting. <br />9. NEW ITEMS — None <br />10. MATTERS OF COMMITTEE INTEREST - <br />A. Committee Member Updates — None <br />B. Staff Announcements — <br />• Staff member Lancaster reminded the Committee that the CDBG and <br />HSFA funding deliberations would take place on March 23, 2021. <br />• Staff member Chin noted that Samaritan House was selected as the <br />program administrator for the Pacific Inn which is being converted into <br />a non -congregate shelter. Staff member Chin stated that residents <br />would start moving in next week from the Bayfront non -congregate <br />shelter. If there are additional beds in the shelter available after the <br />Bayfront residents move in, then the beds would be filled through the <br />County's Coordinated Entry System (CES). <br />• Staff member Chin gave an update on the mid -year budget review <br />that was presented to City Council on February 22, 2021.
