APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />• February 23, 2021: M/S (Hiester/Montalvo), approved 6-0 <br />4. PUBLIC COMMENT <br />• Kate Comfort Harr, Executive Director of HIP Housing, notified the <br />Committee that HIP Housing was rescinding its renewal application for FY <br />2021-2022 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding due to the <br />constraints and burdens associated with administering CDBG funds. Ms. <br />Comfort Harr noted that HIP Housing still intended to serve Redwood City <br />residents. <br />5. PRESENTATIONS - None <br />6. PUBLIC HEARING <br />A.
