2. By motion, approve revisions to the Guide to City Council <br />Communications & Business (Attachment B) to, among other <br />things (as identified in track changes) to: <br />a. Reduce individual public comment time from three minutes per <br />speaker to two minutes per speaker during the live public <br />comment portion of City Council meetings <br />b. Clarify that the Mayor may allow public comment on study <br />sessions to occur after City Council discussion <br />c. Increase the time allotted for public comment on non -agenda <br />items, items on the Consent Calendar, and Matters of Council <br />Interest from 15 minutes to 30 minutes <br />6 of 5 <br />
