Adopt a resolution to approve the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan (2021 Action Plan) and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute and file documents related to the 2021 Action Plan for submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; and 2. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute funding agreements with organizations identified in the 2021 Action Plan. By roll call vote, appoint four members to 4 -year terms expiring on May 31, 2025 and seven members to 2 -year terms ending on May 31, 2023; and 2. By motion, maintain the current applicant pool through March 31, 2022 to fill any future vacancies that occur during that timeframe.
