(301) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 26, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard <br />M/S Reddy and Aguirre direct staff to initiate proceedings to: <br />1.
