The dates selected for Leadership Council meetings for 2021-22 include: Wednesday, August 18, 2021 from 9:00 AM —12:00 PM (Joint Policy Meeting) Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 9:00 AM -10:30 AM Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 9:00 AM -10:30 AM Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 9:00 AM -10:30 AM Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 9:00 AM -10:30 AM Redwood City Together Executive Team Role: Oversees operational coordination of Redwood City Together initiatives by supporting and advising the Executive Director, reviewing data and aiding the evaluation of programs and initiatives, making recommendations to the Leadership Council regarding policy, program and resource allocation, identifying challenges and community needs and developing suggestions for solutions, aligning the values and purposes of member organizations and Redwood City Together, building and maintaining collaborative, cross -sector relationships, developing and monitoring financial resources, and promoting integration of efforts. Membership: Each Redwood City Together collaborative partner is entitled to membership on the Executive Team. Typically, the member will be the Chief Executive Officer of the organization or serve at the senior management level. Structure: The Executive Team will annually select a Chair from its members, who will be responsible for co -leading the meetings of the Executive Team in partnership with the Executive Director, serving as liaison between the Executive Team and the Leadership Council, and working with the Executive Director to develop meeting agendas. The Executive Team Chairperson will serve in that capacity for one year and will be from the same core member organization as the Chairperson of the Leadership Council. Each core member organization will have the opportunity for its representatives to lead the Executive Team and Leadership Council. The Chairperson for The Executive Team and Leadership Council will rotate among core member organizations on an annual basis every August. Meetings: The Executive Team will meet at least six (6) times annually. Additional meetings will be scheduled as needed.
