REV: 05-13-21 MI <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Lagoon Management Plan Update: <br />Lagoon Management Plan (LMP). LMP update shall include recommendations and best <br />management practices for chemical usage in vegetation management. Following the <br />initial LMP update, if Consultant agrees with the current recommendation to review and <br />update the LMP every three years, Consultant shall be responsible for completing a <br />subsequent update prior to the end of the Agreement term. LMP update(s) shall also <br />recommend actions for addressing water quality measurements that fall outside of <br />acceptable criteria for measured parameters. If necessary, Consultant shall assess and <br />recommend changes to the established criteria shown in the table below: <br />Environmental Consulting: Consultant shall provide environmental consulting services <br />to City staff and represent City, if requested by the City, with regulatory agencies and their <br />interests in the management of the Redwood Shores Lagoon system, specifically <br />No. CAG990005. <br />Consultant shall accompany and participate with City staff at community meetings, as <br />needed. Consultant shall assist in obtaining required permits as necessitated by any <br />proposed activities within the Redwood Shores Lagoon. <br />Consultant shall provide consulting services on Lagoon related environmental issues. <br />Some environmental issues include, water quality monitoring, sampling practices, and <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.112/ELIMNOLOGY, INC.
