MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL STUDY SESSION MEETING <br /> <br /> March 3, 1997 <br /> MO. 97-044 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: March 5, 1997 <br /> <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Council <br /> Human Resources Director <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: RANKING PRIORITIES WITHIN THE FOUR MAJOR PRIORITIES <br /> (205) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 3, 1997. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Buchan, Claire, Howard, La Berge, Leipzig, Ruskin <br /> and Mayor Hartnett <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> Specialist Barbour distributed five "dots' to each Council Member and asked <br /> them to vote for his or her top five priorities by placing a dot next to that item. <br /> Results of the votes were as follows:: <br /> <br /> a. Economic Development; <br /> <br /> No. 4 received five votes. <br /> No. 8 received three votes. <br /> No. 7 received two votes <br /> No. 1 received one vote <br /> No. 2 received one vote. <br /> <br /> b. Schools/Education/Children/Youth; <br /> <br /> Combined Nos. 1, 4, 5 and 9 received seven votes <br /> Combined Nos. 2 and 3 received three votes <br /> <br /> <br />
