EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1. Introduction <br />Consultant will provide engineering services during the construction of the City's <br />California Way Water Tank, Pump Station and Transmission Main Project, including <br />Submittal Reviews, responses to Requests for Information (RFI's), project meetings <br />and expert advice, as well as support during pump station testing and start-up; and <br />preparation of as -built drawings. <br />2. Scope of Work <br />Task 1.0: Project Management, Meetings, and Administration fees. <br />Under this task, Consultant will provide project management, coordinate and attend <br />remote meetings, and project administration. <br />Task 2.0: Consulting Services during Construction <br />As construction progresses, Consultant will provide the services scoped as follows: <br />• Submittal Reviews - (estimated 72 hrs) <br />• Response to Requests for Information -- (estimated 64 hrs) <br />• Change Order Review/Design Clarifications — (estimated 12 hrs) <br />• Preparation of as -built drawings - electronic (CAD) version complete <br />• Phone calls and e-mails - as necessary <br />Task 3.0: Start Up and Testing Support <br />Upon completion of the construction phase, Consultant will provide the consulting <br />engineering services outlined below. <br />• Pump Station Start Up and Testing (1 day, Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer) <br />• Electrical System Inspection (1 day, Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer) <br />• Miscellaneous Site Visits (Engineer) <br />3. Schedule <br />The project is currently under construction and the Project Completion Date is <br />January 15, 2022. Consultant will provide the services as the construction <br />progresses, through the duration of the project and upon completion.
