SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Scope of Services: Contractor shall supply and install two automated slide gates and two pedestrian gates per the specifications below: Entrance - Slide Gate — (Qty.1) - 20' long x 6' high galvanized chain link sliding gate matching existing fence style. • Frame: 1 5/8" OD galvanized tube steel; all welded frame. • Mesh: 2" dia. x 9ga. x 6' high chain link • Height: 6' total • Color: Galvanized finish • Hardware: DuraGate cantilever bottom trolley system. Heavy duty welded guide track into top of gate frame. Guide wheels at top with safety post. • Foundation mount: Excavate 24" wide x 36" long x 24" deep for DuraGate trolley system. • Safety: Slide gate to meet ASTM F2200 auto gate standards. • Safety fence: Install approximately 30' of 2"dia. x 11ga. x 6' high galvanized steel chain link fence matching existing fence design in front of the travel side of the slide gate for safety. Automation — Gate automation • Gate Operator: LiftMaster CSL24vDC Slide Gate Operator with battery back-up. • Include operator foundation mounting pad, conduits for electrical piped to outside of operator foundation (Power from main breaker to the gate operator will be provided by others and not included in this scope of work.) • Vehicular Safety/ Entry: "Safety" loop action to be in -ground loop sensors cut into existing asphalt driveway for Safety and Entry Safety. • Additional Safety: Photo beams across driveway with steel protector shrouds. 2 - Miller Safety Reversing Edges to mount to the front and back of the slide gate • Override: Include service key override switch installed at gate operator. • Contacts provided for tie-in to access control system (Key fob or remotes provided by IS or other contractor) • Safety: Automation safety systems to meet UL 325 safety standards. Exit - Slide Gate — (Qty. 1) - 20' long x 6' high galvanized chain link sliding gates matching existing fence style. • Gate Operator: LiftMaster CSL24vDC Slide Gate Operator with battery back-up.
