The Division may require corrective work to be performed prior to Project <br />Completion. Any work occurring after the Work Completion Date will not be reimbursed under this <br />Agreement. <br />"Work Completion Date" means the date set forth in Exhibit A that is the last date on which Project Costs <br />may be incurred under this Agreement. <br />"Year" means calendar year unless otherwise expressly indicated. <br />2.
