REV: 06-21-2021 MI <br />8.1.2 Workers' Compensation as required by the California Labor Code <br />and Employer's Liability with limits of $1,000,000 per accident for bodily <br />injury. <br />8.1.3 Errors and Omissions Liability with limits of not less than $2,000,000 <br />per claim. <br />8.2. Additional Provisions. Redwood City will ensure that the policies of <br />insurance required under this Agreement contain, or are endorsed to contain, the <br />following provisions and will provide: <br />8.2.1 For General Liability Insurance: SVCW, its officers, agents, <br />volunteers and employees will be named Additional Covered Parties. <br />8.2.2 This insurance will be in force during the life of the Agreement and <br />will not be canceled without thirty (30) days prior written notice to SVCW <br />sent pursuant to the Notice provisions of this Agreement. <br />9. Maintenance of Records. Redwood City will allow during normal business hours <br />inspection by an SVCW representative of all work, data, documents, proceedings, and <br />activities related to the Agreement for a period of three (3) years from the date of final <br />payment under this Agreement. <br />10. Ownership Of Documents. All work product produced by Redwood City or its <br />agents, employees, and subcontractors pursuant to this Agreement is the property of <br />SVCW. In the event this Agreement is terminated, work product produced by Redwood <br />pursuant to this Agreement will be delivered to SVCW pursuant to the termination <br />clause of this Agreement. Redwood City will have the right to make one (1) copy of the <br />work product for City’s records. <br />11. Notices.
