IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto are authorized to and have executed this <br />Agreement as of the day and year first above written. All notices, demands, requests, consents, <br />waivers, approvals, and other communications ("Notices") shall be in writing and will be given <br />by (i) personal hand delivery, or (ii) established express delivery or courier service (such as UPS and <br />Federal Express) which maintains delivery records. Notices shall be sent to the address and to the <br />attention of the individual(s) shown in the signature blocks below. Notices will be effective <br />(i) in the case of personal delivery, when the Notice is delivered to the appropriate notice address as <br />described above; and (ii) in the case of express delivery or courier service, when the Notice is <br />deposited with such express delivery or courier service and addressed as specified above.
