REV: 03-26-2020 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Two areas of service: <br />A. Recording Services <br />B. Support Services <br />A. Recording Services <br />City Council / Planning Commission Meeting coverage: <br />City of Redwood City will be billed on a monthly basis, for a total not to exceed $15,000 <br />annually, for up to an estimated 171 meeting hours ($87.55 per hour) <br />PenTV will provide the following services: <br />o Record all City Council and Planning meetings on the schedule provided <br />o Provide two operators at all meetings <br />o Track hours and provide monthly billing statement reports on status of hours <br />used and balance remaining <br />Please note the following terms and conditions: <br />o A minimum of three hours will be billed for all meetings <br />o If a meeting is canceled with less than 5 business (M-F) days’ notice, three <br />hours will be charged against the allotted hours <br />o Invoices will be submitted monthly <br />o 3% increase per year for services <br />If recording services rendered at mid-year is less than $9,690, PenTV and the City will <br />evaluate additional support services for communications/marketing. <br />B. Support Services <br />Support services will be billed at $15,000 per year and will include the following items: <br />o Unlimited access to PenTV’s bulletin board for posting announcements <br />o Support acknowledged on PenTV website <br />o Non-profits to appear on PenTV Pen Voice TV show <br />o 3 Professionally edited promotional videos for city initiatives (up to 2 minutes <br />each) <br />o Record one city-wide event <br />o Discount on additional services (15%) <br />o Once agreement is fully executed, PenTV will be the City <br />Payment will be billed monthly for services described in section A. Payment for section B <br />will be invoiced before June 30, 2010.
