6 <br /> <br />f) strikes at national level or industrial disputes at a national level, or <br />strike or industrial disputes by labor not employed by the affected <br />party, its subcontractors or its suppliers and which affect an <br />essential portion of the works but excluding any industrial dispute <br />which Is specific to the performance of the works or this contract. <br />g) Increased costs incurred by Contractor in the provision of services <br />under this Agreement, shall not In itself be considered an event of <br />force majeure even if such increased costs are the result of such <br />an event. <br />Section II. Contract Information <br /> <br />To better coordinate all services, Facilities Services has established the Facilities Customer <br />Service Center (FCSC). The FCSC provides a single point of contact for customers and <br />dispatch of staff and should be the primary resource for departmental or Contractor's <br />Maintenance Coordinators and others responsible for requesting maintenance services. The <br />FCSC is staffed during normal business hours and can be reached at 363-4444. <br />For management issues and/or to discuss specific activities or projects, the overall coordinator <br />of this Agreement and the main point of contact is Gary Behrens, Facilities Services Manager, <br />363-1875. <br />For custodial issues specifically, contact Duane Minor, Building Services Manager, 363-4445. <br />The supervisor for each area or function will manage day-to-day activities: <br />1. Win Maung, 599-1300 (wmaung@smcgov.org). Operation and maintenance of <br />facility systems and equipment for County owned buildings at the Government <br />Center, Redwood City. <br />2. Thomas Sipp, 312-5257 (tsipp@smcgov.org). Operation and maintenance of <br />facility systems and equipment for County owned and leased buildings in outlying <br />areas. <br />3. Patrick Oliver, Crafts Supervisor, 363-1877 (poliver@smcgov.org). Repair, <br />maintenance, and safety/regulation required upgrades related to carpentry, <br />painting, and locksmith services for all County facilities. <br />4. Jose Villalobos or Mark LaGrone, 363-1951 (jvillalobos@smcgo.vorg & <br />mlagrone@smcgov.org).
