Template Version November 16, 2016 <br /> Page 14 <br />Contractor shall invoice County on a monthly basis for the actual cost of the bank account <br />maintained for the purpose of this contract. <br />E. At the discretion of the Director of Public Health, Policy & Planning or designee, an annual <br />conference call may be scheduled between the Contractor and County. Contractor’s time <br />and/or related expenses are not billable. <br />F. At the discretion of the Director of Public Health, Policy & Planning or designee, a meeting at <br />the County’s location may be scheduled between the Contractor and County once during the <br />term of this contract. Contractor’s travel time to and from the County and/or related <br />expenses are not billable. <br />G.If County or Contractor finds that performance is inadequate, at the County’s discretion, a <br />meeting may be called to discuss the causes for the performance problem, and this <br />Agreement may be renegotiated, allowed to continue to end of term, or terminated pursuant <br />to Paragraph 4 of this Agreement. Any unspent monies due to performance failure may <br />reduce the following year’s agreement, if any. <br />H.In the event this Agreement is terminated prior to June 30, 2022, Contractor shall be paid for <br />services already provided pursuant to this Agreement. <br />I. In the event this Agreement is extended or renewed after June 30, 2022 and the County <br />does not issue a Request for Proposal, Contractor agrees to continue the fixed fees as <br />shown below: <br />One-year license: $4.28 per license <br />Multi-year license: $4.28 for the first year and $2.00 for each additional year <br />Late fees collected: $2.50 collection service fee for each license <br />Replacement tags: $4.28 per tag <br />Service animals (e.g. seeing-eye dogs, hearing dogs, etc.): No fee for any license or tag <br />issued
