18 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 5.17 Electronic Signature. All Parties agree that this Agreement and future <br />documents relating to this Agreement may be digitally signed in <br />accordance with California law and the County’s Electronic Signature <br />Administrative Memo and the Parties understand and agree that <br />electronic signatures shall be deemed as effective as an original <br />signature. <br /> <br /> 5.18 Counterparts. The Parties may execute this Agreement in one or more <br />counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of <br />which together shall be deemed one and the same instrument. <br />
