REV: 06-24-2021 MI <br />TASK 3. LETTER REPORT <br />Upon completion of all monitoring activities, the Consultant team will create a Summary Monitoring <br />Report. The Report will contain a summary of all monitoring activities and results, and all daily monitoring <br />logs and photos will be appended to the letter report. <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />No potentially significant cultural resources requiring formal CEQA evaluation or mitigation will <br />be found during construction activities. Any potentially significant inadvertent discoveries will <br />require a change order. <br />The standard workday will be 8 hours, and the standard work week will be 40 hours, Monday <br />through Friday. <br />Construction monitoring will only be needed for thirty-five (35), 8-hour days. Any additional work <br />beyond this will require a change order. <br />Cultural resources training for construction crew will be done before construction begins, for the <br />entire crew. If additional crew are brought in during the course of the Project, brief orientations <br />will be conducted for them. <br />Native American monitoring is not currently required for this Project; however, this may change <br />if precolonial or Tribal Cultural Resources are encountered. <br />Our work will follow Consultant COVID-19 Safety Plan protocols and procedures, developed using <br />San Mateo County recommendations. <br />Changes to scheduling require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice. <br />COST <br />Services shall be performed on a time and material basis, not to exceed $44,406.90 (Table 1).
