These <br />projects include: <br />• 652 El Camino Real <br />• 901-999 El Camino Real <br />• 2300 Broadway <br />• 603 Jefferson/750 Bradford <br />• 1900 Broadway <br />• 601 Allerton <br />Located in the Downtown area on the south side of the Caltrain tracks, the project site includes <br />approximately seven (7) parcels and comprises approximately 15.5 acres. The preliminary plans for each of <br />these projects include a combination commercial and residential development. <br />The purpose of the facilities analysis is to review locations and sizing of potable and recycled water utilities, <br />in accordance with the City Engineering Standards to identify impacts of the proposed development on each <br />of the utility systems, and to identify improvements required to mitigate those impacts. <br /> <br />REV: 06-23-21 MI <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.150/Environmental Sciences Associates (Gatekeeper Projects) (Page 51 of 58)
