Increase the supply of Affordable Rental housing; preserve existing affordable rental <br />housing, and improve the condition of existing housing (renter and owner). This goal <br />includes the provision of special needs housing: <br />AH-3: Improve the condition of existing housing (renter and owner) <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />Home repair and renovation will be completed for low-income Redwood City <br />homeowners by volunteers to help preserve existing affordable housing. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />National Rebuilding Day (NRD) - Home Rehabilitation Program will serve 2 Redwood <br />City persons. <br /> <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
